Professional Experience
Mischelle has previously been both a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Property Manager. She was named the CPM Candidate of the Year for the local chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) in the first year of membership. She also served on the 2007 Executive Council of the local IREM chapter as Vice President of Finance. She has extensive experience in managing and analysis of financial and tax aspects of real estate properties, as well as management of the assets themselves. Mischelle is focused on the ultimate goal of maximizing the property value and investment returns of each asset.
Other Activities
Mischelle is an active volunteer in the community and a small family business owner. As a member of the Woman’s Club of Windsor, she participates in many community events, including organizing and promoting an annual 5K race and Kid Fun-Run event that raised funds used by the Woman’s Club of Windsor for community improvement and social philanthropic programs. Mischelle was also the Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the Isle of Wight Chamber of Commerce and Chairperson of the Town of Windsor Economic Development Authority. She continues to be active in the Chamber of Commerce and the Genuine Merchants of Downtown Smithfield.
Mischelle has four adult children. She and her husband David are British Pub enthusiasts and have opened an authentic pub in Downtown Smithfield. They enjoy traveling and visiting pubs for additional research.
